125 stolen ECG cables found in an uncompleted building in Kumasi

There’s a new update in the stollen cables belonging to the Electricity Company of Ghana.

National Security operatives have reportedly uncovered ECG meters at an unfinished building, alongside a cache of electrical cables hidden in a nearby bush.

Reports revealed the stollen cables have been found in Kotea, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

The National security and leaders of the energy ministry have been on the hunt to locate some containers belonging to ECG.

The Container which contains, Metres, cables and other Valuable ECG materials was reported missing last month.

It drew lots of conversation from Ghanaians across the world who are demanding immediate intervention from government.

News of the cables bein uncovered highlights a huge development towards finding the main culprits.
