A federal Judge has turned down an executive order by President Donald Trump concerning Americans that are eligible to vote in the country.
President Donald Trump earlier announced an order aimed at pushing the requirement of citizenship as a proof to vote.

However, District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has turned down the order signed by president Donald Trump.
The order is part of ongoing efforts by the Trump administration to change few things about the voting system in the country.
According to judge Collen, there is no authority handed to the president to amend voter registration laws.
Her decision has already sparked several debates among Americans all over the world considering her alleged allegiance to the Democrats.

The federal Judge, Collen Kollar-Kotelly was appointed by the Clinton administration and many believes she is being politically motivated to work against the current government.
