While adultery has no place in the church, some also think once they are engaged and do not have their white wedding, they are married of sorts as the proper and needed steps have been taken.

During a recent church service, a pastor halted proceedings to address an engaged couple seated in the congregation.

The pastor noticed the woman resting her head on her fiancé’s shoulder, which caught his attention and led to a pointed public remark.

“In public, she’s sleeping on your hand, so what are you people doing in secret?” the pastor asked the soon-would-couple.
