A Nigerian lawyer who uses the handle Stella Justice on Facebook has taken to the social media platform to school users on the legal implications of their actions in the bedroom.
Stella revealed that one can be sued by the neighbor if they make noise from the other room under the duvets.
According to the Ebonyi lawyer, disturbing your single neighbors is punishable and they can only be compensated by a cash reward.
“Do you know that your NEIGHBOUR can SUE you and your WIFE because of NOISE from the OTHER ROOM? SCRÊÃMING LØÜD During S.Ë.X is called NUISANCE in LAW. It’s better to ENJOY yourselves QUIETLY without DISTURBING your SINGLE NEIGHBOURS. He or she can sue you and a HUGE COMPENSATION will be awarded to him or her,” she wrote.
