A man is feeling upset with his girlfriend due to what he perceives as a breach of trust.

He recently discovered that she has been sending money to her ex-boyfriend, putting him on a weekly payroll where she sends at least $300 each week.
When he brought it up, she explained that her ex is currently serving a prison sentence, insisting that she’s just trying to help him out. However, her boyfriend is not willing to accept this reasoning.

He suspects that there’s more to the story, feeling that she might still have lingering feelings for her ex.
Regardless of her perspective, it seems misguided for her to financially support her ex while her boyfriend is responsible for all their household bills.
