A young lady has been arrested for allegedly f@king her own kidnap and demanding N2 million as ransom from her parents in Nigeria.
The lady whose identity we are yet to obtain is 21 years and she was aided by her boyfriend who agreed to put her parents through mental and emotional torture for several days.
According to a Police officer who shared the case in a video that we have laid our hands on, the lady left her parent’s home on December 30, 2024, and never returned.

After carefully planning on what to do, her boyfriend placed a call to her parents demanding N2 million before freeing her.
Clearly, they took advantage of the cases of kidnap that are highly prevalent in Nigeria so theirs also became another case but little did they know the Police who the parents reported the matter to were on top of their game.
They accosted the girl and her boyfriend and are currently in police custody aiding investigations.

Nigerians have shared their views on this incident and they are appalled by the level of decay in our society.
They condemned the action of the boy for masterminding this evil move and called for law to deal with him.
