Diddy’s legal team claims federal prosecutors violated his constitutional rights by accessing confidential communications with his attorneys while he remains in custody.

They allege prison staff photographed notes between Diddy and his lawyers and sent them to prosecutors, who used the materials to argue against bail.
The defense disputes claims that the notes were taken from Diddy’s bunk, asserting they were stored securely in his locker and seized under false pretenses.

This follows a court order requiring prosecutors to temporarily discard the notes until their admissibility is decided.
Diddy is currently facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and related crimes.
