Man left homeless by his ex-wife, dragged to court by state for not paying child support over a child DNA test proved he isn’t the father

A man has been through some tough moments in life after his ex partner decided to play him d!rty.

According to reports, the man has been chased by the state attorneys for sometime now over what they termed as failure to pay child support fee.

It was stated that he either pay the child support fee or risk spending time behind bars when caught.

He then decided to turn himself inn but this time, with the help of a competent lawyer.

The man argued that he conducted a DNA test which proved the child in question doesn’t belong to him.

Yes you read that right, he isn’t the biological father of the same child he is being chased to pay child support fee for.

At the time of recognizing this, it was too late for him because he had already lose his home to his ex partner while on the run to avoid being caught.

He was eventually freed by the court but he still owe years of Child support fee he failed to pay in the past.
