Following the popularity of Chris Browns December performance in South Africa it has now been revealed that a picture he took with a female fan caused a marital crisis.
According to reports, a 42-year-old man in Lusaka filed for divorce after his 34-year-old wife took a contentious photo with American RandB icon Chris Brown.
After Brown’s recent performance at FNB Stadium in South Africa, the husband was incensed by the picture that was taken during a meet and greet session.

Fans could engage with the celebrities snap pictures and share special moments as part of the event. Chris Brown kisses the woman on the cheek in the now-viral picture as she smiles for the camera.
Later the picture was circulated on social media where it attracted a lot of attention and generated conflicting responses.
The husband claimed in his divorce petition that the wife had violated their marital vows and breached trust.
She allegedly dismissed his worries claiming that the picture was innocuous and included in the event package when he confronted her after she returned from South Africa.
“My wife acted in a manner unbecoming of a married woman. This picture has embarrassed me publicly and caused emotional distress,” the husband told the court.
The wife, however, defended her behaviour, claiming that the kiss was not romantic and shouldn’t be interpreted too broadly.
It was a playful moment during a fan interaction she insisted and she never meant to offend her husband.
In addition, she charged that her husband had overreacted and was using the incident as a pretext to hide deeper marital problems.
Opinions on the case are divided and have generated a lot of discussion on social media.
With the argument that the picture went too far for a married woman some have taken the husband’s side.
According to some the meet-and-greet photo was innocuous and shouldn’t cause a divorce.
