Nigerian activist, VeryDarkMan is in joyful mood after his court appearance in ongoing case involving singer Falz and his Dad.

Falz and his Dad, a barrister who owns a law firm has taken a legal action against VeryDarkMan with accusation of defamation.
It all started when VeryDarkMan released an audio months ago in a bid to expose corruption in the country.

His audio release came as he accuse Bobrisky of not serving a prison sentence as the public is made to believe.
In the audio, someone tagged as Bobrisky revealed he reached out to Falz and his dad for help to stay in a private apartment while serving her prison sentence.

Falz and his Dad however, consider the statement as a defamation one and asked the activist to apologize or face them in court.
VeryDarkMan choose the second option and is already batling it out in court which started today.

The case have been adjourned and VDM is very excited that at least he did not loose.
