The United States Postal Service has temporarily shutdown it’s system from receiving goods from china.
This means that the portal will not be accepting packages from China and Hong Kong at least for now.

However, the United States Government has directed that they will continue processing letters and flats despite the temporal suspension of Chinese goods.
The move follows President Trump’s decision to hit china with a 10% tariff on Chinese imports.
