Trump’s job approval hits an all-time high of 70%, says he’s keeping his word from the campaign

With President Trump, Americans believe they are getting exactly what they voted for.

According to a recent survey, the vast majority of Americans about 70% think Trump is fulfilling his campaign promises and the majority of them currently have a positive opinion of him.

According to the CBS News/YouGov poll, the president has a 53% approval rating overall and only 30% of respondents said that Trump’s actions have strayed from his campaign pledges.

With 59% of voters supporting Trump’s deportation efforts and 41% opposing them the high ratings also applied to many of his other significant decisions.

About 64% of respondents supported his decision to send troops to the US-Mexico border compared to 36% who disagreed.
