A White House press conference was unexpectedly interrupted by a medical emergency involving a young girl, which led to the swift evacuation of the media from the Oval Office.
The incident occurred while President Donald Trump was addressing reporters after the swearing-in of Dr. Mehmet Oz as the new administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The question-and-answer session with President Trump in the Oval Office was brought to a rapid end after a young girl fainted.
White House staff were heard urgently instructing, “Press out! Everybody get out, right now!” as they worked to clear the room.
A woman, believed to be Daphne Oz, Dr. Oz’s daughter, was seen escorting the child outside. President Trump paused his remarks to express his concern, stating, “I hope she’s okay,” before the media feed was cut.

A White House official later confirmed to Fox News Digital that the girl was indeed a family member of Dr. Oz and that she had fainted during the event.
Thankfully, the child has since recovered, although the exact cause of the incident remains unclear.
