Tiktok CEO, Shou Zi Chew, thanks Donald Trump for working towards keeping Tiktok available in the United States.
He made this statement in a newly released video on his video streaming platform on Friday, 17th.

According to him, they at Tiktok have been working tirelessly to protect free speech on their platform.
He also confirmed that over 70 million Americans are on Tiktok, and the ban will affect over seven million businesses from the United States who use the platform to reach new customers.

Tiktok is said to be banned in the US on Sunday.

Donald Trump has, however, confirmed that he has spoken with the Chinese president on the phone, and they talked about Tiktok.
He also shared his thoughts on the Tiktok ban looming.
