There is an interesting development coming out from Texas and it’s all about child support payment.
It has been reported that Texas has passed a new bill that will require father’s to pay pre birth child support.

According to a publication made by Mymixtapez, members of the Texas Senate has already passed the bill.
Reports claim the bill was passed during a gathering on Wednesday which means fathers can now pay child support right from conception.
Child Support has been a major issue in the United States, it is one of the policies that government do not joke with at all.

It has also come to light at a point that many women basically just get pregnant for wealthy men and have kids for them with the sole aim of receiving child support money.
