In the kitchen, you can hear him coughing and nervously chatting to his dog and another man telling them that everything will be alright.
The enormous fire is briefly doused with water most likely from firefighters using hoses to fight it but the showers have little effect on putting out the fire.
The men reassure one another that they have turned off the gas before the video ends.
The man, whose identity was not immediately known, can be heard telling his dog: ‘You’re going to be okay, alright?’, while instructing a second resident to stay away from the windows amid fears they could shatter.

Reacting to the situation on Facebook;
One Monica Gabriel wrote; “PSA for all: some didn’t have time to evacuate. Some who did evacuate were sent back as the fire was so fast and so big it wasn’t safe any longer and they were reverted back. It’s unfortunate all around… let’s just have some empathy and compassion for all. Its destroying everything including the ones homes and areas who did evacuate. update: it has been confirmed they were able to be rescued and get to safety. Pray for ALL”
Stephanie Williams wrote; “As long as the dog is ok. why didn’t they leave. That poor dog doesn’t deserve to die because their owners didn’t decide to leave”
