Tema Community One market one fire; at least 8 shops burnt as Ghana National Fire Service saves the day

Earlier today, a massive fire tore through the Tema Community One market, specifically at Mangoase Lane, and it’s left a lot of people shaken.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) stepped in quickly and managed to put out the fire before it could turn into an even bigger tragedy.

Divisional Officer Ebenezer Yenzu, from the GNFS told reporters that three of those eight shops were completely gutted, burning intensely, while the other five got off with partial damage.
