Republican congressman, Scott Perry have made an interesting revelation regarding Boko Haram.

According to him, the USAID, an agency sponsored by the United States was misusing it’s funds.
Scott Perry made a bold claim that the USAID as an organization was funding terrorist groups like Boko Haram.

Other groups alleged to have been receiving funds for USAID were Al-Qaeda, The Taliban and ISIS.
The above named groups are considered as some of the most fierce groups across the entire world.

Their funding according to Scott Perry came during the administration of former presidents, Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
