“School does not wipe out stupidity” – Ghanaian business man explains

While being book smart and having formal education is good, it does not always guarantee wisdom or making it in life.

Ghanaian business mogul, Kevin Okyere, in a recent interview explained how education should never be a barrier or used as an excuse to making it in life.

Kevin who is the owner of Springfield Energy, has stressed that success is not limited to having formal education or otherwise.

In a proverb he stated in the local Akan language, the businessman translated that it meant, “Going to school does not wipe out stupidity.”

“Sometimes people put limitations on themselves because they feel like they are not educated or they didn’t get formal education,” Kevin explained.

“And sometimes peeople might have education but they may not be street —I don’t think you need to put limitations on yourself either way,” he continued.
