The nuclear triad includes land-based ICBMs, submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs), and strategic bombers.
Estimates from defense analyses, such as those from the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, suggest Russia’s nuclear arsenal includes around 4,380 warheads, with significant investments in new delivery systems.
However, experts argued that Putin’s state-of-the-arts and the 95% figure claim may include systems that are upgraded but not entirely new.
