Russian President Putin failed to show up in Turkey for talks with Zelensky, appoints Russian delegation instead.

Russian president, Putin has swerved everyone hoping to see him at the peace negotiation table in Turkey.

It was expected to be a showdown talk between President Putin and Zelensky in Turkey today.

This is after both parties agreed to meet face to face in a bid to find solution to the long existing feud between Ukraine and Russia.

Infact Ukrainian president, Zelensky himself made the announcement just days ago about their meeting and he was so sure about Putin’s presence.

Well, something strange happened, Putin failed to show up himself in Turkey but managed to have a representative.

The Russian president assigned delegations to represent him in Turkey to negotiate on his behalf.

Russia and Ukraine have been at war with each other for sometime now with the rest of the world hoping they’ll find a solution and embrace peace after the meeting.
