The return of French footballer, Paul Pogba to football after he was ban over doping accusations has been canceled.
Paul Pogba was suspended for four years after a test on him revealed he was positive for testosterone during his opening feature for Juventus of the 2023/2024 season.
The former Manchester United midfielder appealed for his ban or suspension to be reduced to 18 months where he would make his formal return to active football in March 2025.

Although his deal with Juventus was cancelled, Paul Pogba is still hopeful of a thriving career as he wants to restart his career.
He was due to play in a King’s Cup fixture in Dubai but he will no longer feature in the game that is scheduled to come off in the Middle East in a few days to come.
Great legendary footballers including the likes of Paul Scholes, John Terry will participate in the game of which Pogba is part of but the game has been cancelled at the eleventh hour.
Organizers attributed this mishap to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ as the excuse for the calling off of the game.
The game has now been postponed to February. Football fans who had purchased tickets to watch the match have had their monies refunded.
Organisers in their statement reveal the reason for the postponement of the game said: ‘Dear Football Fans, we regret to inform you that the King’s Cup Dubai has been rescheduled to February 2025 due to unforeseen circumstances.
‘For refunds, please visit the Platinum list website and follow the instructions for your ticket.
‘We will announce the specific dates for the rescheduled event soon, so please stay tuned for updates. Thank you for your understanding and support -Team King’s Cup,‘ he added.
