Ohio lawmakers proposes law to ban men from ejaculating without plans of conception, with fines up to $10,000

Lawmakers in Ohio are proposing a new law that will ban men from ejaculating without the intent of conception. This bill will fine men up to $10,000 per ejaculation.

The bill which is called “Conception Begins At Rection Act” was brought forward by Democratic Stete reps Anita Somani and Tristan Rade. According to them, the purpose of the bill is to “call out hipocrisy.”

“The whole point of this bill is to call out hypocrisy, particularly the state legislature when they bring forward bills to regulate women’s body,” Rade stated.

People have come out to speak against the bill with some saying it’s a total waste of state resources. Austin Beigel of End Abortion also calls the proposal “disrespectful to life community and a waste of state resources.”

ABC6 in an online poll also asked about people’s view on the bill. 26% voted it was a good idea while 74% voted that it was a total waste of time.

Anita told the press that, “this may be considered a waste of money by some people, but we have had some far bigger misuse of taxpayer money in bills that have been proposed and passed.”

The final draft of the bill is still being prepared and the proposed legislation will get a hearing after it has been submitted to determine if it should be passed or not.

“The whole point of the bill was not to get it passed, the whole point of the bill was to call out hypocrisy,” Tristan concluded his statement.
