Ajidahun Olusina, a medical doctor from Nigeria, has warned that men had better avoid certain adult positions if they did not want to find themselves in the hospital for treatment.

Dr. Sina gave this advice in a post on X on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 19, stating that these positions are known to cause penile fractures.

“As a Man there are some sɛxuαl positions you should remove from your diary if you don’t want to risk landing in a hospital – Doggy – Cowgirl – Reverse cow girl,” he wrote.

“Reason is this, In these sɛxuαl positions The Penis’ angle during thrusting and Penetration puts it at a risk of Penis Fracture. A study once done in Men with Penis fractures showed Doggy to be most risky Doggy- 41% , Man on Top- 25.5%, 9% – Woman on Top So Doggy, SAY NO.”
