New York Attorney wins court battle after sueing Donald Trump over Elon Musk’s access to Americans’ private data

New York Attorney, Letitia James has announced coming out victorious in court battle with president Donald Trump.

Letitia James sued United States president, Donald Trump over one key decisions he made involving Elon Musk.

It was made known some weeks ago that Elon Musk have been granted access to the private data of Americans.

This particular move by Donald is one that Letitia is never going to be in support of and she made that known with a court action.

The New York Attorney argued that there is no justification legally to allow Elon Musk have access to Americans’ private data.

In an update, Letitia announced that the court has ruled in her favor, and Elon Musk will no longer have access to Americans’ private data in any way.
