An interesting scene played out at the inaugural ceremony of John Dramani Mahama at the Black Star Square.
On Tuesday, January 7, John Dramani Mahama was officially sworn in as the 6th President of the Republic of Ghana.

Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), was present at the ceremony and he was accompanied by his wife.
However, on his arrival at the ground whilst making his way to take his seat, Sammy Gyamfi for some reason was absent-minded.

This is because he was so quick to take his seat and witness the swearing-in so much that he forgot to walk in with his beautiful wife.
In a video that has triggered mixed reactions from internet users, one of the bodyguards had to stop him and remind him of his wife who was left behind.
He obliged and waited for his wife to join him.
