A young guy is probably receiving healthcare at a health facility after suffering a not-so-pleasant accident in Chile.
The unidentified man who is a big fan of American YouTuber, IShowSpeed decided to follow IShowSpeed with his bike as the streamer drives in town.
Unfortunately, whilst in his pursuit, he lost focus and crashed his bicycle which ended his run and this happened unknowingly to Ishowspeed.
The moment was captured on camera as IshowSpeed was streaming live whilst in his car.

As soon as the incident happened, it was brought to his attention and he expressed shock.
