In London, a Kurdish activist, Kurdish activist Hamit Coşkun was attacked after burning a Quran outside the consulate of Turkey in London.
Hamit’s attacker pounced on him while he was burning the Quran on Thursday in London just out the Turkish embassy. In the video, the attacker rushed in on him and pushed him to the ground. He also kicked him severally before injuring him with the weapon.

After he attacked Hamit, he then moved on to the one filming and tried to attack him too. In the video the attacker is also heard calling Hamit an idiot for burning the Quran.
“You fucking idiot, you burn the Quran?” he asked as he assaulted spat on him. A passer by was also captured kicking Hamit.
The attacker was arrested for causing grievous bodily harm and possession of offensive weapon. Coşkun is currently hospitalized. He had previously called Islam a “religion of terrorism”.
