Last posts of Australian model who died after falling from an apartment building

After a tragic accident while on vacation in Bali a well-known Australian model and DJ passed away.

The 37-year-old Courtney Mills fell from a balcony at the Kuta apartment complex where she was staying on Friday while she was in Bali visiting her two dogs.

She was taken to the hospital after suffering severe injuries where she had multiple emergency surgeries before being reunited with her loved ones two days later.

Before returning to Melbourne and relocating with her family Ms. Mills lived in Bali for a number of years considering it to be her second home.

Her broken family has spoken up to honour a free spirit who never turned down an opportunity or adventure.

‘She was beautiful, big-hearted, happy and go-lucky,’ her mum Diane Mayne told Nine News as she fought back tears.

‘She lived life to the fullest.’ 

Ms Mills’ sister Kiani added that her death has been ruled as an accident.

It’s just the grief and mourning of a life that’s been lost way too early,’ she said.

Five days prior to her passing Ms. Mills published her final Instagram post in which she danced to Aquas 1990s hit song Barbie Girl and gave her fans a kiss.
