A Kenyan advocate, who identified himself as Muenda was recorded smaoking cigarette during a live court session.

Muenda who was clearly caught surprised, hesitated and threw the cigarette away, before posing to answer.

In his response, Muenda pleaded he was not aware his camera was turned on why he feigned negligence.
