America’s president, Donald Trump has declared on Twitter that the security clearance of former President, Joe Biden will be immediately revoked and he will no longer have access to daily intelligence briefings.
Joe Biden’s denial of Trump access to classified material in 2021 is linked to this decision.

Trump provided his reasoning on ‘X’, stating, “He (Biden) set this precedent in 2021 when he instructed the Intelligence Community (IC) to stop the 45th President of the United States (ME!) from accessing details on national security, a courtesy traditionally granted to former presidents.”
In an interview with CBS News that year, Biden explained his decision by pointing to Trump’s “erratic behavior,” suggesting it made him untrustworthy with sensitive information.

In his tweet, Trump also mentioned a report by Robert Hur, the special counsel who examined how Biden managed classified materials after serving as Vice President.
