In a formal legal action, popular Hollywood actress, Jessica Alba initiated divorce proceedings against her spouse Cash Warren.
In the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County court on Friday, February Jessica Alba aged 43 initiated legal proceedings.

The document lists irreconcilable differences as the cause for separation while recording their separation date as December.
The official document states that the relevant date is December 27, 2024.

The matrimonial union between Alba and Warren, who was 46 years old at the time, took place on May 19, 2008, resulting in their shared parenthood of three children: Honor who is now 16 years old, Haven who is 13, and Hayes who is 7.
She initiated legal proceedings to request shared parental responsibilities through joint custody arrangements.
The Hollywood star submitted a petition to reinstate her formal identity as Jessica Marie Alba.
Following numerous reports about their breakup, Alba decided to address the public by breaking her silence on Instagram in January.
The number 16 serves as the necessary confirmation for their separation.

“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” the star wrote at the time.
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

The Honest Company co-founder continued, “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.
Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Regardless of whether the couple had a prenuptial agreement, Warren, who seems to have been a stay-at-home husband, may get $2 million a year from his wealthy wife, according to reports.
