There may be a Ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran but things Israel is likely to witness continues action with Hamas.
The Israeli military confirmed on June 24, 2025, that seven soldiers were killed in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis area.

The incident happened when Israeli’s armored vehicle, a “Puma” APC from the 188th Brigade, was struck by an explosive device set by Hamas fighters.
Aside the fighters who lost their lives, Sixteen other soldiers were injured in the attack.
The soldiers killed were identified as Lieutenant Matan Shai Yashinovski, who’s 21-yeats of age.
It also includes Staff Sergeant Ronel Ben-Moshe, Staff Sergeant Niv Radia, Sergeant Ronen Shapiro.
Others are Sergeant Shahar Manoav, Sergeant Maayan Baruch Pearlstein, One additional soldier whose name has not been released.
This incident, reported by Israeli media, marks a significant loss for the IDF in ongoing clashes with Hamas in Gaza.
