Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei has spoken out on renaming the Gulf of Mexico.
In a recent update on his X account, Ali Khamenei shared an observation he made about the Americans.

According to him, the Americans, have started altering geographical locations of countries, states or provinces on the world map on paper.
He also posted a photo of the supposed location of the Gulf of Mexico.

His tweet which was made in Spanish reads;
“Los estadounidenses se han puesto a cambiar sobre el papel el mapa del mundo; por supuesto, es solo sobre el papel.”

Its translation to English reads;
“The Americans have begun to change the map of the world on paper; of course, it is only on paper.”
