Iran Supreme Leader describe Donald Trump’s threats as absurd rehtoric, vow to go to war with US if they join Israel

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has described U.S. President Donald Trump’s threats as absurd rhetoric in response to Trump’s demand for Iran’s unconditional surrender amid escalating tensions in the Iran-Israel conflict.

The Iran supreme leader in an X post wrote “The US President threatens us. With his absurd rhetoric, he demands that the Iranian people surrender to him. They should make threats against those who are afraid of being threatened. The Iranian nation isn’t frightened by such threats.”

This came after Trump claimed the U.S. had “complete and total control of the skies over Iran.

He also called the Iran supreme leader an easy target though he clarified he was not seeking to assassinate him for now.

There is a strong backing from the United States towards Israel in the ongoing clash with Iran.

However, the United States have made it known they aren’t planning to have his military on the grounds.

But then many believes there is a growing interest from the United States to join the war taking into consideration words of President Donald Trump.

Khamenei warned that U.S. military intervention would lead to “irreparable damage” and emphasized Iran’s resolve not to surrender, framing the conflict as a test of national character.
