Elon Musk has expressed concerns over the state of democracy in the United States of America.
The richest man in the world is now heavily involved in politics following his support towards president Donald Trump’s return to office.

Upon assuming office, Trump have been making several changes that many deem not Neccesery and harsh.
Most of his actions have been subjected to legal scrutiny with some State Attorneys filing a lawsuit to stop some of Trump’s changes.

One of the very actions that is currently being challenged in court is the decision to end birthright citizenship in the country.
But Elon Musk is clearly not happy about how some judges overturn an order or action taken by the president.

According to him, if the president wouldn’t be allowed to take his actions without being subject to court battles then he does not consider it as a country living in democracy.
