The woman, whose identity has been withheld for privacy, says she was introduced to Aviator by a former schoolmate she met at West Hills Mall.
Since then, she estimates that she has lost over GHS 70,000 (approximately USD 6,000) to the game, which involves betting on a rising multiplier before it crashes.
Her addiction escalated to the point where it severely impacted her daily life, affecting her ability to eat and focus on work.
