First Lady H.E. Rebecca Akufo-Addo appears to refuse to shake hands with the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin.

This comes after her husband, Akuffo Addo, who is the president of Ghana, has been cooked by the opposition party leader in parliament, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, over his bad governance.

In the video trending, Madam Rebecca appears  unhappy, and to the Speaker’s surprise, she walks away with an angry face while he attempts to shake hands with her.

She then turned her back, talking back at him.
