This action by Elon Musk triggered mixed reactions from the public on the X app.

@sherhyar bukhari wrote; “Elon is an excellent example of how skilled immigrants are benefiting the U.S. and how their presence is a blessing for the nation. He is also proving to be one of President Trump’s top stars. Imagine, if Elon was still living in South Africa and couldn’t migrate to the U.S.!”

@fighting the dailytribe also wrote; “You can’t cancel anything approved by Congress. We have representative and senators. That money was to teach tax policy to help the country grow. Now, some programs can go, but I’m not so sure that’s a bad thing to teach poorer countries to take care of themselves.”
