Elon Musk attacks colleges, says they are for fun and not for learning

Tesla motors CEO, Elon Musk, has called out colleges and has explained what colleges mean to him during a recent interview.

According to him, colleges are only available for people to prove to others that they are capable of doing assignments.

He says he sees colleges to be an escape place where people go to have fun with age mates instead of getting straight into the workforce.

Remember quite recently, Elon made headlines when he gave his honest opinion on having a college degree and a skill.

This clearly reveals that the billionaire has issues when it comes to what people are learning within the walls of these colleges.

He said, “You don’t need colleges to learn stuffs. Everything is available basically for free. You can learn anything you want for free. It is not a question for learning.”

“There is a value that colleges have which it’s like seeing whether somebody is working harder at something including a bunch of annoying homework assignments and can soldier through and get it done.”

“That’s like the main value of college and also you can hang out with people your own age for a while instead of going right into the workforce. So I think colleges are basically for fun and to prove you can do your chores but they’re not for learning.”
