Diddy accused of r@ping a woman when she was a babysitter in new lawsuit

Another lawsuit has named Sean Diddy Combs as a defendant alleging that he engaged in s**ual assault.

The plaintiff only known as Jane Doe alleges in the New York complaint that Combs s**ually assaulted her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student.

According to the accuser who claims to have lived in Lower Manhattan with her parents at the time, she met the music mogul and two other men who reportedly worked for him while working as a babysitter in an apartment complex where Comb’s unidentified romantic partner also resided.

The lawyers for Combs told PEOPLE that they refuted the accusations.
