Delta Airlines has promised to compensate every passenger owho was on board their jet that crashed and flipped upside down $30,000 each this week.
A spokesperson for the airline told USA Today via an email that, “Delta Care Team representatives are telling customers this gesture has no strings attached and does not affect rights.

On Monday, one of the jets of Delta Airlines, the Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft crashed at Toronto Pearson International Airport while landing. The jet was controlled by Endeavor Air.
There were 76 passengers on board the jet when it crashed. Fortunately, all passengers including 4 crew members were successfully evacuated with only 18 injured. According to paramedics, none of the injuries was life-threatening.
