It’s the end of the road for Ghanaians who enjoy direct flights to and from Ghana and France.

Air France has suspended its direct flight operations to Ghana untill further notice.
It means the three-times-a-week scheduled passenger service between Paris, France, and Ghana’s capital, Accra will no longer exist.

According to our findings, the reasons comes down to different factors including low passenger turnups.
The reason being that Air France depends on operating Paris-Ougadougu-Accra to get more passengers.

However, ever since the Burkinabe government ceased them from operating in their airspace and touching down their Airport they are no longer getting their target passengers hence the suspension.
