Donald Trump and his team are very bent on deporting illegal immigrant and criminals out of the country. Their way of identification is anyone with a gang affiliated tattoo and that might have cost them.
The Trump administration has revealed in a court filing that it has accidentally deported a man to El Salvador because of an “administrative error.”
Kilmar Arbego Garcia, is from El Salvador buy to has been a legal citizen in the US since 2019 after he was granted protected status by an immigration judge, prohibiting the federal government from sending him to El Salvador.
Since his arrival, Garcia has been living in Maryland with his wife and 5-year-old daughter who suffers autism.

According to Abrego’sattorney, he fled from gang violence in El Salvador several years ago. He was identified by among other detainees by his wife.
In its filing on Monday, the government said that the U.S. courts don’t have jurisdiction to seek his release leaving Garcia in a state of limbo.
This is the first time authorities in charge of deportation has admitted to such an error. It has not revealed any other errors in the past.
