A teenager broke down into tears after finding out he would be spending almost the rest of his life in jail following a crime he committed.

The 16-year-old couldn’t control his emotion in court upon hearing that he won’t regain his freedom anytime soon following his first-degree murder charge.

Sean Simpson came to the Gaston County Court at points wiping away his tears as he stood before a judge.

Reactions have trailed the video and netizens are not moved by his tears as they compare it to the bereaved family’s pain and agony due to the loss of the person he killed.
