It has been discovered that Frequent consumption of instant noodles, particularly two to three times per week, has been linked to a high risk of the above named deaseases.
That is according to a Research from Baylor University, which revealed that individuals who regularly ate instant noodles were more prone to developing metabolic syndrome.
Asking what Metabolic syndrome is? Hahaaa, it is a combination of health issues that significantly increased the risk of the diseases named above.
Notably, the study found that women were especially vulnerable to these adverse health effects. The high sodium content, unhealthy saturated fats, and
chemical preservatives commonly found in instant noodles are thought to be key contributors to these risks.
To reduce potential health complications, experts advise limiting the consumption of instant noodles and focusing on a balanced diet rich in whole, nutrient-dense foods.
