Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency, Okudzeto Ablakwah reveal plans to engage courier services to work with the passport office.
Getting a passport in Ghana is one of the toughest things you can go through as a citizen.
It has been a tradition long ago that many who apply for passports have to go back to the office for collection when it’s done.
However, we may get to see an end to that if Okudzeto Ablakwah is approved as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
During vetting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs designate, Okudzeto Ablakwah promised to put a stop to citizens coming to the passport office for collection.
According to him, he intends engaging a courier services to distribute the passports to it’s owners in their locations.
“I want to end the bussiness of going back to the passports office for the passports when they are done. We can engage courier services to bring your books home” he said during his vetting
