Three sex experts have given advice on how long sex on an average should last as compared to what is seen in these pornographic movies.

These experts, Dr Alok Kanojia, who happens to be a psychiatrist, Dr Rena Malik, a sexual health expert, and Erika Lust, an adult film director have their honest opinion on how long sex should last and it’s surprising.
One of these experts revealed that sex should last between 3 to 7 minutes and went on to add that, most females prefer sex to last at most, 15 minutes.
He said, “If you look at the average [length] of sexual intercourse, it’s three to seven minutes and 50 percent of women I’ve spoken to don’t want sex for more than 15 minutes.”

He went to talk about how watching these explicit contents tend to make people feel they’re under performing when it comes to sex.
Thus people now an unrealistic expectations and once they are not able to go a certain length, they end up feeling embarrassed which leads them to seek solutions from aphrodisiacs.

He said, “It’s like getting to that level in both men and women unrealistic expectations about body unrealistic expectations about performance that creates shame. There’s just a lot of bad information out there.”
In conclusion, these experts revealed that tho the “length of time needed to climax also differs,” men take shorter length, between 3 to 7 minutes, to reach orgasm whiles a woman needs a longer time of about 14 minutes.
