Court grants Salifu Amoako and his wife bail after his church members stormed court to protest for his release

A video has popped up showing moments when church members of the Alive Chapel International where Salifu Amoako oversees protesting for his release.

The pastor and his wife were arrested on Wednesday, October 15 to assist the police with investigation concerning the recent accident involving their 16-year-old son.

His church members, upon hearing of their pastor’s arrest gathered in front of the court to protest for the immediate release of Salifu Amoako and his wife.

Their almost turned violent as the police and the media tried to stop them from protesting and to calmly allow the court to peacefully address the issue.

The court finally granted them a ¢50,000 bail after they pleaded not guilty to allowing their underage son who didn’t even have a licence to drive.

Salifu Amoako’s son caused a terrible accident during the past weekend and caused the death of two young girls with other currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
