According to the research, the incidence rate in England is growing to the highest in the world.

Claiming 17,000 deaths annually in just the UK, it is steadily becoming a more important problem within the age category of 50 years of age and lower.

One of those trends is our diets, as Researchers from the American Cancer Society, who also found these results, have found out.

They stated that the early-age cancer populace is steadily growing due to underdeveloped countries taking on Westernized culture, specifically junk food that makes processed food more available and the use of ultra-processed foods and traditional diet less.

According to the study, the ‘cancer incidence rates are rising in 27 of 50 countries and territories examined, with the rise either exclusive to early-onset disease or faster than the increase in older adults in 20 of the 27 countries’.

It also stresses the ‘need for intensified efforts to identify factors driving these trends and increase awareness to help facilitate early detection’.
